工作职责：
（1）负责临床试验项目的计划制定和速度、质量、费用、专家管理。
（2）临床研究方案、总结报告等相关技术资料的审核。
（3）监查员的管理、培训、考核、协调。
职位要求：
（1）医学本科及以上学历。
（2）2年以上或3个以上完整的临床试验项目监查、管理经验。
（3）较强的沟通能力、理解能力、分析能力、归纳能力、协调能力、说服能力、组织能力；口齿清楚，能说标准的普通话；。
（4）乐观开朗；能承受压力；肯吃苦；接受工作需要的必要的加班；可经常短期出差。
（5）工作有主动性，能独立思考和解决问题，同时具有团队精神，善于与同事沟通、合作；集体观念强。
（6）善于和乐于持续地学习（包括利用业余时间），能尽快掌握具体工作中所需专业知识和技能。
（7）身体健康、形象好、气质佳。
（8）熟练掌握Office等常用办公软件操作；善于通过互联网等各种媒体收集和整理信息。
