Responsibilities/Authorities工作职责权限:
1.Createprojectplanintermsofinvestment,resourcesandmilestones,overseeexecutionofallrelatedactions,takepro-activemeasurementtoavoiddeviationfromprojecttarget
2.WorkoutmanufacturingconceptwithinternalcustomerandexternalsuppliertodeliverURS(userrequirementspecification)andSFS(supplierfeaturespecification)asstartpointoftechnicalprojects
3.Makecostandbenefitevaluationwithprocurementteamtopreparesupplierselectiondata
4.Leadandsuperviseon-siteconstructionactivitiestoensureprojectqualitybasedonourcompanystandard
5.Managesupplierstoensureexcellentresultbasedonspecifications
6.Initiateprocessriskanalysiswithlocalplantteam(andexternalsupplierwhennecessary)todeliverinputdataforprocessvalidation
7.Overseeallrelevantequipmentqualificationwillbedoneproperlytoensurebestproductquality
8.Trainingforlocalprojectteamandproductionstaffintermsofprocessandtechnology,supportlocalplantteamtoramp-upproduction
9.Performmiscellaneousdutiesandprojectsasassignedandrequired.
10.Goonbusinesstravel,includinginternational.

Qualifications任职资格:
Educationbackground教育背景:
Master/bachelorofscienceinMechanicalEngineering,IndustryEngineering,ChemicalEngineering,etc.

Workexperience工作经验:
Atleast8yearsworkingexperience,medicalcompanypreferred.Minimal3yearsprojectleadmanagementexperienceinaninterculturalcrossfunctionalteam.
Manufacturingorengineeringdepartment,familiarwithautomationequipmentandsterilizationprocess
