?Makingmechanicaldesignbasedonsystemrequirementsindependently,includinginternalstructure,3Dmodel,2Ddrawing,testing,debuggingandimprovement.
?Providing/selectingtechnicalsolutionforproductdesign
?Developmentofcomponentspecifications,inspectionmethods,billsofmaterialsandmanufacturingprocesses.
?Designanddevelopjigsandfixturespertestingandmanufacturingrequirements
?Testmethoddesign,designevaluation,designreviews,designspecifications,designverificationandvalidation,designtransferandOEMco-ordination.
?Supportproductriskanalysisandriskmanagement.
?Supportsourcingofnewmaterials,componentsandequipment.
?Maintainawarenessofcurrenttechnologicaldevelopmentsandacceptedindustrystandards
?
?CreateprofessionaldesigndocumentaccordingtoFreseniusdesigncontrolprocess
?Involvingtheselectionandmanagementofmechanicalsupplier,mayalsoneedtomanageoutsourceengineers.
?Communicatingwithotherfunctionteams,suchasproductcenter,Headquarterengineeringteam,purchasing,production,otherPECengineeringteametc
?Planandperformrelevanttestrequiredforproductsandinstrumentation,basedoninternaltestingrequirements,andcurrentcomplianceandregulatorystandards.Validateproductdesigninpreclinicalor/andclinicalsettings

Qualifications:任职资格
?MinimumBachelorDegreeinmechanicalengineeringorrelateddegree
?Minimum3years’experienceinmechanicaldesign;
?BefamiliarwithPRO/EorCREO2.0orSolidworks,etc..
?Befamiliarwithmetalandplasticdesign,materialandmanufacturingprocess,
?Experienceofcommunicationwithvendor
?BettertohavemedicalDevicesbackground,experienceofISO13485,IEC60601-1.
?ExperiencewithmechanicalsupplierinChina
?Spiritofinnovationandteamwork
?FluentinbothspokenandwrittenEnglishandChinese;
?Excellentcommunicationskills.
?Becomfortableworkinginachangingenvironmentwhichrequiresflexibility.
?Becomfortableworkingunderpressure
