PrimaryFunction:
Thispositionisresponsibleformanaginganddeliveringtheoperationalandfinancialaspectsofoneormoreclinicalstudies
Itisanticipatedthattheassignedprojectsmaybemorecomplex,theymayalsoinvolvemultipleregionsand/ordisciplines.
TheAssociateProjectDirectormaycontributetothedevelopmentoftheoperationalstrategyfornewbusinessopportunitiesattheprojectlevel.

Keyresponsibility:
?Overseeinterdisciplinaryclinicalresearchprograms
?RepresentiVHtothecustomer,ensuringsatisfactionlevelsaremaintainedandprogramdeliverablesarecommunicatedeffectively
?Leadclinicalteamtoensurequality,timelinesandbudgetmanagement
?ResponsibleforTMFManagementPlanandqualityandcompletenessofTMFforassignedprojects
?Accountableforthefinancialperformanceofeachprojectassigned
?Coordinateactivitiesanddeliverablesofallstudyconductpartnersandproactivelyindentifyandmanageissues
?EnsurestudiesareconductedincompliancewithGCP,relevantSOP’sandregulatotyrequirements
?Accountableformaintenanceofstudyinformationonavarietyofdatabasesandsystems
?Responsibleforstudymanagementcomponentsofinspectionreadlinessforallaspectsofthestudyconduct
?Oversightfordevelopmentandimplementationofprojectplans
?Plan,coordinateandpresentatinternalandexternalmeetings
?DirecttheactivitiesofassignedProjectSupportStaff
?Prepareprojectmanagementreportsforclientsandmanagement
?Implementresourcestrategiestoachieveprojectgoals
?Developingcontingencyplanningandriskmitigationstrategictoensuresuccessfuldeliveryofstudygoals
?Participateinbiddefensemeetingswherepresentedaspotentialprojectmanager/director
?Leadoperationalinputtoproposaldevelopmentandpricingincludingproposedoperationsstrategy
?Maytrainandsupportnewprojectmanagers
?Identifyandimplementperformanceimprovementandoperationalefficiencieswithintheprojectdeliveryorganization

Qualification:
?Bachelor’sdegreesrequired;MS,MPH,PharmaD,PhD,orotheradvancedlifesciencedegreepreferred.
?Ideallyprojectmanagementqualifiedi.r.PrinceIIorPMP/equivalent
?10yrsrelevantclinicalresearchexperiencewithanunderstandingofclinicaldrugdevelopmentandclinicaltrialsoperations
?7yrsexperiencemanagingprojects
?StrongknowledgeofGCP/ICHguidelinesandotherapplicableregulatoryrequirements
?Strongorganizationalskills
?Strongabilitytomanagetimeandworkindependently
?Directtherapeuticareaexpertise
?HighproficiencywithfullMSofficeapplications,includingMSproject
