PositionDescription:
TheClinicalResearchManagerofClinicalOperationDivisionisresponsibleforleading,managing,mentoringanddevelopingtheclinicalteam.Inadditiontoteammanagementresponsibilities,themanagerplaysanimportantroleindirectly/indirectlysupervisingclinicalprojectswithinhis/herteam,improvingoperationalprocessesandimplementingbestpracticestoensureon-time,on-budgetperformance.

Responsibilities:
1.Leadtheteaminlinewithcompanyobjectivesandstrategies.
2.Setuptheannualgoalsandresource/budgetplansatdepartmentlevelwithsupervisor’sassistancetoensureprofitandqualityoftheclinicalprojects.
3.Recruitnewstaffandretaincurrentstaffaccordingtotheresourceplan.
4.Establishthecareerdevelopmentplanforstaffandprovideopportunities/training/coachingtoensureadherenceofstafftothequalificationdefinedincorporatecareerladder.
5.Define/review/approvetheKRAsandKPIspreparedbystaffandconducttheperformanceevaluationincompliancewithcompanystandards.
6.Identifyandassignqualifiedstaffforprojectteambasedontheprojectrequirementsandthedevelopmentoftheclinicalteam.
7.Provideday-to-daytechnicalandmanagementguidancetodelivertheclinicalprojectswithqualityincompliancewithICH-GCPandallapplicableregulations.
8.Supervisetheprojectstatus(resource/budget/progress/issues)toensureprojectmilestonesaremetontimeandwithinbudget.
9.Serveasubjectexpertandattendthetrainingasatrainer.
10.PlaytheroleofSOPcustodian.

Qualifications:
EducationandExperience:
1.A4-yearBS(BachelorofScience)degreeinLifeSciencesorPharmacyorarelatedfield.Advanceddegreeisaplus.
2.Atleast4-yearexperiencesasaclinicalresearchassociateinclinicalresearchenvironment.
3.Atleast3-yearexperiencesinprojectmanagement.
4.Atleast1yearexperienceinpeoplemanagement.

Skills/Competencies:
1.Familiarwithallclinicaloperationactivitiesthroughoutanentireclinicaltrial.
2.Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
3.GoodverbalandwrittenEnglishorothersecondlanguageskills.
4.Strongcomputerliteracye.g.MSword,Excel,PowerPoint,internet.
5.Excellentorganizational,recordretentionandtimemanagementskills.
6.ExcellentworkingknowledgeofICH-GCP,applicablelaw(localandcountry)andregulatoryrequirements.
