Responsibilities:
1.AchieveannualsalestargetandEBIT
2.WorkwithMarketingforpre-launchactivitiesdesignandimplementation
3.IdentifyandexplorenewPDopportunitiesforChinamarket
4.Wellmanageandsupportdistributors’businessperformance
5.Developandmaintainin-depthknowledgeofourproductsamongthedistributorsandcustomers
6.Controlandallocategivensalesbudgetsappropriatelytomaximizethecompanyinterestswiththislimitedrecourse
7.Communicatewithmarketing,commercialandotherdepartmenteffectively
8.Participateinregularbusinessmeetingsanddiscussionsaswellashandinrequiredbusinessreportsintime
9.Involveactivelyinsalesforecastandprovidepuncturesalesfigure
10.Ensuringsalesteamtobeincompliancewithcompanyrulesandregulations
11.Collectandanalyzerelevantmarketandbusinessinformation.
12.Providetrainingtoallbusinesspartnerandendusers,
13.Participateinpreparationofbusinessdevelopmentstrategiesandannualbudgetprocess.

Qualifications:
1.Universitygraduatewithadegreeorabove
2.Atleastaccumulated10years’experienceinsalesandmarketingmanagementpreferablyinmultinationalcompanyordoctorfrominternalmedicineofkidneyandatleast5yearsteamleaderexperience.
3.HaveP&Lmanagementexperienceinpreviousjobs
4.Goodinterpersonalskillstocommunicatewithinternalandexternalpersonnel
5.StrongspokenandwrittenskillsinEnglish.
6.Strategicthinking,creative,aggressiveandwillingtotakeabigchallenge.
7.Strongleadershipskillswiththeabilitytobuildandmotivatehis/herteam.
8.Abilitytoworkunderpressure
