JobSummary:
TheprimaryresultexpectedfromtheQualityControlTechnicianwillbetoperformalltesting,evaluationsandinspectionstoensurethatfinishedgoodsandrawmaterialsmeetspecificationsandestablishedrequirements.Thetestingmustbedoneinaproficientandaccuratemanner.Inaddition,theQualityControlTechnicianmusthavecompleteknowledgeofallaspectsofFillingRoomresponsibilityasrelatedtoQualityControl.TheQualityControlTechnicianmustcommunicatewithco-workersandsupervisorstosolveprocessandproductproblemsandaccuratelyrecordproductioninformation.
Responsibilities:
ResponsibleforreceiptofGRNfromwarehouse,inwardingandsamplingofrawmaterials&Packagingmaterials.
Responsibleforthechemicalandinstrumentaltestingandonlinedocumentation.
ResponsibleforthepreparationofCOA’s
Responsiblefortheissuanceofstatuslabels(Sampled,Approved&Rejected)
Responsibletomaintainthesamplingaids.
ResponsibleformaintenanceofVolumetricsolutions,reagentsandindicators
ResponsibleforthemaintenanceofcGLPintherespectivearea.
Responsibleforsafetycomplianceintherespectivearea.
Responsibleforthequalitynotificationsinrespectivearea.(OOS,OOT&Deviations)
ResponsibleforthepreparationofSpecifications&Standardtestingprocedureofrawmaterialsandpackagingmaterials.
Responsibleforthereviewoftheinstrumentlogsandinwardregistersfortherespectivearea.
Responsibleforthetrainingrelatedtotherespectivesection.
ResponsibleforadheringtheSOPandSTP’softherespectivesection.
Responsibleforthepreparationandmaintenanceofrecordofanalysisforrawmaterialsandpackagingmaterials.
Responsibleforthemaintenanceofspecimensamplesforthepackagingmaterialsanalysis.
Requirements:
1-3yearsofproduction/manufacturing/qualitycontrolexperience.
Bachelor’sdegreeinrelatedfiled
FluentinEnglishspokenandwritten.
Abilitytoaccuratelyreadandentercomputerdatathroughavarietyoftests
ProficiencyinExcel,Word,andotherMSOfficeapplications.
