Responsibility:
作为计算科学副研究员，你将与其他计算科学研究员一起进行以下工作：
1、参与开发新的算法及程序，或者拓展已有算法的运用。
2、对所开发的算法和程序进行分析和测试，并向有关人员解释和推广。
3、编写软件产品使用说明并进行存档。
另外，你将与其他实验人员展开紧密合作，把开发的算法应用于药物设计以及优化的过程中。

任职要求：
Requirements:
1、获得计算生物学（computationalbiology）、计算化学（computationalchemistry）、计算机辅助药物设计（computer-aideddrugdesign，CADD）、或生物信息学（bioinformatics）等方向的硕士及以上学位。
2、掌握以下计算机模拟领域中至少两项：同源建模、蛋白质结构预测、蛋白-蛋白对接、打分函数、蛋白质设计、分子动力学模拟，并且有两年以上的研究经历。
3、精通Unix/Linux操作系统。掌握至少一种编程语言（Perl、Python、Shell、Fortran、C、C++等）。
4、有蛋白质结构预测、模拟及序列设计相关软件的使用经验或相关算法的开发经验。
5、拥有扎实的统计学基础和结构生物学、化学知识。
6、拥有熟练的英文文献查阅及阅读能力。
7、自学能力强，办事细致认真负责，有较强的解决问题的能力，富有团队合作精神。

3.SkilledintheuseofUnix/Linuxoperatingsystem.Experiencewithatleastoneprogramminglanguage(e.g.Perl,Python,Shell,Fortran,C,C++).
4.Experiencewithmodelingsoftwareorthedevelopmentofrelatedalgorithms.
5.Soundknowledgeinstatistics,structuralbiology,andchemistry.
6.ProficiencyinEnglish,readingandwriting.
7.Fastlearningabilities,careful,responsible,goodproblemsolvingskillsandastrongteamworkethic.

优先考虑：
AdditionalPreference:
1、熟悉一些药物靶标例如酶（激酶、蛋白酶等）、GPCR、离子通道等等。
2、发表过文章或者专利。
