Responsibility:-ToassistthesiteinvestigatortodeliverhighqualitypatientdatainaccordancewithICH/SFDA-GCPandasrequiredbytheSOPsandstudyprotocol;-Toparticipateintherecruitmentandscreeningofresearchpatients;-Toberesponsibleforuseofcomputerapplicationsandothertechnologytoenhancetheefficiencyoftheworkflowinstudyactivitiesincludingdatacollectionandqueryresolution;-Tocollect,prepareandsubmitofregulatorydocumentsasperrequiredbythesiteEC;-Toattendsiteinitiationmeeting;-Topreparethedocumentsforstudymonitorsitevisits;-Toassistinvestigatorinobtainingproperwrittenconsentfromeachstudyparticipantaccordingtotherequirement;-ToperformfunctionsnecessaryforcompletionofGSKprotocolsincludingscheduling,patientenrollment,medicalhistories,clinicalassessments,laboratory-phlebotomyandprocessing,diagnosticstudies,dispensingofinvestigationalmedicationandoverallorganizationandlogisticsofstudyvisits;-Tocompleteandcorrectcasereportformsensuringaccuracyofallrecordsconnectedwitheachresearchpatients;-ToassisttheinvestigatortoreportandrecordalladverseeventsaccordingtoGCPGuidelinesandtherequestofsponsor;-Tomaintainaccuraterecordofallstudysuppliesincludinglabkits,medicationsandotheritemsdispensedtopatients;-Tomaintainclosecontactwithsponsorconcerningpatientenrollment,scheduling,dosing/dispensing,abnormallaboratoryvaluesandadverseevents;-ToensureasmoothcommunicationthroughthestudiesbetweenthesiteinvestigatorandProjectteam.Provideweeklytimesheettosponsorprojectteammembers;-ToupdatetheTMFsandensuretheaccuracyandcompletenessofTMFs;-Toperformotherdutiesasrequired.Requirements:-BachelororaboveDegreeinMedicineorNursingisaMUST;-Familiarwithhospitalenvironment;-Excellentcommunicationskillswithdoctorsandpatients;-Teamworkspirit;-Canworkunderpressure;-Doctorornursewhoisinterestedinclinicalresearchispreferred.
