岗位职责和要求：
1.生物工程，生物科学，基础医学，药学等相关专业本科以上学历。
2.了解细胞培养技术，原代细胞和NK细胞培养，蛋白免疫学实验和细胞实验技术，如ELISA，WESTREN-BLOT，FC，ADCC，CDC，Transwell，等实验。
3.熟悉实时荧光定量PCR仪，流式细胞仪，SPR设备等仪器操作。
4.服从工作安排，热爱实验研究工作，良好的时间管理能力；工作积极、热情；认真负责、细致。优秀的团队合作和沟通协调能力。
