3.Setandboostcoaching/mentoringandlearningcultureintheorganizationbyusingvarioustoolsandtechniques
4.Conductemployeeengagementprogramsandorganizeregularnakedpeoplegatheringtoenhanceemployees’jobsatisfactionandcommitment
5.SupportnakedpropertiesonHRoperationsandpre-openingtrainingsandrepresentnakedbrandwhentaskforceinproperties
6.Installeffectivetrainingandimplementtalentdevelopmentandmanagementinitiatives.Constantlymonitorthelearningandtalentdevelopmenteffectivenessoftheproperties
7.Providekeyinputoflearningandtalentdevelopmentaspectsforallactivitiesandplans
8.PrepareannuallearninganddevelopmentplansandcalendarsbasedonForecasts,anddeterminesbothinternalandexternaltrainingresources;Strategictrainingplansupportedbyinternalandexternalselectedtrainingsources
9.DevelopprofessionalandfunorientationtofacilitatethenewemployeestofamiliarizenakedFamilyquicklyandnicely
10.Providelearninganddevelopmentopportunitiestotrainerstomaximizestaffpotentialandenhancejobperformance
11.Managetrainerstoensureservicesprovidedmeetbrandstandardandcustomerneeds
12.Interactandpartnerwithlinemanagersandstafftoidentifytrainingneeds
13.CommunicatelearningandtalentdevelopmentneedsanalysisresultstoHumanResourcesExtraordinaireandconcerneddivision/departmentheads
