1、解答客户咨询，介绍服务项目，带领客户参观门诊及住院部，以提升公司形象；
2、日常满意度调查，包括面谈、问卷、短信、电话等方式，帮助公司取得反馈数据；
3、反馈信息的整理、录入、数据分析等工作，为公司的产品设计提供支持；
4、处理服务类投诉，维持公司与客户之间的良好关系；
5、客户关系维护，包括各种活动参与和礼物发放等；
6、作为公司日常运营的官方形象，与其它各科室的沟通协作。

任职资格
1、两年以上客户服务工作经验，具有一定的客服礼仪及沟通技巧，声音甜美，性格开朗随和，有亲和力；
2、专科以上学历，医学专业优先；
3、英语口语熟练，有海外工作背景优先，熟练掌握计算机相关知识和操作；
4、具有高度的责任心及较强的服务意识，抗压能力强。
