TheRetailSalesSupervisorisresponsibleforincreasingMedela’ssalesforitsbreastfeedingsolutionproductsinretailoutletssuchasmom&babychainstores,aswellasindividualstoresthatsellourproductcategory.Medelaistheworldwideleaderinbreastfeedingsolutions,aswellasahighlyregardedmanufacturerofqualityandinnovativemedicalprofessionalvacuumsystems.
零售渠道主管负责美德乐母乳喂养产品在零售门店的推广销售工作。美德乐不仅是全球领先的母乳喂养全解决方案提供者，同时也是专业医疗负压产品的制造生产商。

ThispositionservesasretailEXPERTforallofMedela’sbreastfeedingsolutionproductsinthelocalregion.Thecandidateneedstobeabletocommunicatecloselywiththerespectiveshopmanagersandtheirrespectivesalesstafftoeducatethemabouttheadvantagesofourbreastfeedingsolutionproductsandtomotivatethemtostocksufficientquantitiesofourentireproductportfolio.
这个岗位的候选人作为母乳喂养专家，管理辖区的产品销售；候选人不仅需要和零售门店的相关人员进行沟通，同时就产品的特点及优势，需要进行适时的现场宣教，并且驱动他们去更好的执行公司的策略和产品销售计划。

EssentialFunctions
工作职责

Dailyvisitstomom&babystoresintheareaofresponsibilitytoeducatethestaffintheshopsandtoliaisewiththestoremanagertoaccomplishoursalesgoals
日常拜访零售门店（母婴、商超、院属等），完成销售指标;
DevelopnewretailstorestocreatethesalespointofMedelaproducts.Spreadandeducatethecustomerbytheconceptofbreastfeeding
开发零售网点，使之成为美德乐产品的主要销售网点，并在日常工作中传播和推广喂养的观念
Collect,analysisandarrangethecompetitioninformationoftheindustryandproductsinthetargetmarket.Offerimportantreferencebasisforsuperiortomakeastrategicdecision
收集、分析与整理本区域目标市场的行业与产品竞争信息，提供重要参考依据
Handinglovewithmarketingdepartment,inchargeofplanning,organizingandcarryingoutthepromotionalactivityintheretailchannel.
与市场部密切配合，负责产品零售渠道推广活动的计划、组织、实施与协调工作
KeepgoodrelationshipwiththeVIP
与关键客户保持良好的关系
Inchargeofthestock,productdisplayandothermaintenanceinthebabystoreduringdailywork
负责监控零售门店的库存水平,商品陈列等零售相关工作


JobRequirementsandQualifications
任职要求

Atleast5-yearsworkingexperienceintheretailbusiness
零售行业销售经验5年以上，专业不限。熟悉相关行业者优先。
Havegoodprofessionsentimentandhighresponsibility
具有良好的职业素养和高度的责任心
Havegoodobservationandstraincapacity，canhandlecomplicatedemergency
较强的观察力和应变能力，能够处理复杂的突发事件
Excellentteamcollaborationabilityandcommunicativecompetence
出色的团队协作能力及沟通能力
Canachievepersonalandteamtargetunderpressure.
