Responsibleandaccountablefor:

1.a.Notifyinginvestigatorsites,sponsors,andaffiliatesoflaboratoryresults,exclusionflags,andtestcancellationsasdefinedintheStatementofWork(SOW).

b.Monitoring,tracking,andresolvingrequisitionholdsandinformingtheManagerandtheProjectManagerofanydelays.

c.Updatingthedatabasewithappropriateinformationandinformingpersonnelofadditionaltestingneeds.

2.Actsasaliaisonforinvestigatorsitesandsponsors;communicatesinvestigatorsiteneedswhennewpoliciesorproceduresarediscussed.

3.Effectiveandtimelyadherencetomanagementcommunications,meetings,andStandardOperatingProcedures(SOP).

4.Assistsandsupportsmanagementintheimplementationofglobalprocessesandprocedures.

5.Tracksandreportsmetricsasdeterminedbymanagementintheagreedtimelines.

6.Documentallservicefailures,resolve,andescalatetomanagementwhenappropriateresolutionisincomplete.

7.Actasaliaisonfortheinvestigatorsites.

a.Instillsaculturewherepatientsafetyistoppriority

b.Promptlyaddresspatientsafetyissuesandescalatesasneededforresolution.

c.Ensurestheinvestigator’sneedsareexploredpriortoimplementationofnewprocessesandprocedures.

8.Fileallsupportingdocumentationthatisprojectspecific(i.e.project-relatedcorrespondence)

9.Otherdutiesasassigned


Qualifications

?Diplomaorequivalent

?Abilitytoworkindependently

?Abilitytousecomputerandofficesoftwareapplications(e.g.MicrosoftWord,ExcelandOutlook)

?Strongverbalandwrittenskills
