职位描述

   1. 把控新冠疫苗产品临床试验的整体进度和质量； 

2. 基于临床前数据及临床策略制定临床试验方案；

 3. 作为疫苗临床试验的全球负责人，指导并监督全球多中心临床试验全流程，与内部团队
和外部合作伙伴紧密合作以执行研究计划；

 4. 审查、分析和总结临床试验数据，提供有关安全性、有效性和探索性终点的决策； 

5. 同全球不同国家的药品审评机构会议，沟通讨论临床试验设计方案，并能在公司内部相
应的开展工作，最高效的推动产品的临床试验。
二、任职资格： 

1. 医学博士学位； 

2. 在疫苗行业拥有【10】年以上的临床开发经验，
疫苗研发公司有主导过新冠疫苗临床开发经验为最佳； 

3. 拥有国际多中心临床开发经验； 

4. 熟悉国内外临床试验的法律法规、设计、流程与管理； 

5. 优秀的执行力、团队合作能力和客户沟通能力；

 6. 英文好，精通听说读写。 

A. Key responsibilities： 

1. Control the overall progress and quality of clinical trials of the COVID-19 vaccine

 2. Plan clinical trials (design, operational plans, settings) based on pre-clinical data and
clinical strategies 

3. As a team leader in multi-site clinical trial, supervise and monitor the entire process, work
closely with internal team and external partners to execute the study plans 

4. Review, analyze and summarize clinical trial data, provide decisions around safety,
efficacy, and exploratory endpoints 

5. Communicate and discuss clinical trial design scheme with institutions from different
countries, and carry out corresponding work in the company, so as to promote the
clinical trial of products most efficiently. 

B. Qualifications: 

1. M.D. or equivalent degree 

2. A minimum of [10] years of clinical experience in the vaccine industry, preferably with
clinical experience of the COVID-19 vaccine in SINOVAC BIOTECH, Casino, and Clover,
etc. 

3. Experience of international multi-center clinical trials 

4. Familiar with the laws and regulations, design, process and management of clinical trials
domestic and overseas

 5. Excellent execution ability, teamwork ability and customer communication ability 

6. Good English, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing
