  Essential Functions Of the Job
1. Responsible for the evaluation for in vivo pharmacodynamics of the company’s project, including experimental design, tumor model construction, mechanism study, PK/PD evaluation, data analysis and research report compilation and writing.
2. Participate in target verification as needed. Determine the pharmacology, pharmacodynamics, toxicology and other biological activity assessment methods and experimental plan of the project.
3. Responsible for CRO evaluation, screening, implementation and supervision of outsourced test projects to ensure the quality and efficiency of CRO test projects.
4. Responsible for completing in vivo pharmacodynamics, pharmacology and toxicology tests of the research project, summarizing data, writing experimental reports, reporting to superiors, and promoting the progress of the project.
5. Responsible for writing chapter documents of pharmacology, pharmacodynamics and toxicology related to patent and IND application.
6. Set up research teams, train R&D technical personnel, and ensure the implementation, efficiency and results of work plans.
7. Establish laboratory management system, establish and improve SOP standardized process.

Requirements：
1. Ph.D. in relevant Animal Medicine, Oncology, Immunology, or Biomedicine, etc.
2. Over 10 years working experience in biomedical industry
3. Experience in animal model construction and pharmacodynamics experiment, familiar with various animal models, with high quality skills of animal drug administration, observation, surgery, anatomy and sampling experiment techniques.
4. Experience in coordinating and managing outsourcing CRO programs.
5. Ability of overall management and experience in project team training and management.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
7. Ability to analyze and solve problems independently, have the team spirit, good organization and coordination skills and communication skills, ability to adapt to the greater work pressure.
