职位描述

1. Collaborate with key stakeholders, customers, and R&D teams to develop and maintain the product roadmap for endoscopy solutions.
2. Maintain up-to-date research and intelligence on competitors' strategies and product offerings.
3. Become the owner of self-develop endoscopy products & solutions, responsible for strategic business engagements and new business wins.
4. Determine priorities between self-develop products and monitor the progress.
5. Bring in customers’ needs and experts' opinions to guide product developments.

任职要求：

1. Minimum of 5+ years in the MedTech sector, with ideally a qualification in medical visualization technology. Demonstrable experience in project management, medical device development, or business development will be a plus.
2. Knowledge of hardware and software, including optical design, electrical/mechanical design, and medical device manufacturing.
3. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, product development methods, and coordination of people and resources.
4. Knowledge of the principles and processes for managing MedTech products including marketing and communications.
