工作职责

1.Lead a team focusing on building a therapeutic siRNA technology platform and oversee the technology aspect of pre-clinical siRNA drug discovery research 2.Lead siRNA drug-related projects, which include championing a strategic research plan, leading a cross-functional project team, reporting on progress, and defining deliverables and deadlines 3.Establish in-house in vitro and/or in vivo assays to evaluate siRNA drug developability, stability and production yield 4.Provide technical support and advice to CMC on manufacturing of siRNA drugs 5.Provide strategic advice to the top management on the development of siRNA drug industry

任职资格

1.PhD degree in Biology, Immunology, Medicine or related field is an essential prerequisite. 5+ years industrial R&D position with strong record in siRNA-related field is highly preferred 2.In-depth understanding of the trend in development of siRNA-related therapies 3.Demonstrated expertise in siRNA-related biology or technology with evidence of inventorship on patents or scientific research achievements such as publications in top international journals. 4.Capable of generating detailed project proposals or research plan for siRNA-related therapeutic molecules or technologies. Have passion in translational research to develop novel therapies for patients with unmet medical needs 5.Ability to communicate and coordinate as an industrial leader and willingness to work collaboratively with other teams effectively. 6.Demonstrated scientific excellence in publishing and presenting at scientific meetings
