职位描述

工作职责
1.Designs, implements and monitors national business development promotion plan and activities as agreed with BD Head；
与BD领导讨论，制订、实施和追踪落实全国业务发展推广计划和活动；
2.Coordinate internal or external resources to support BD to win the contracts；
内部和外部资源支持BD获取订单；
3.Lead BD Teams and marketing teams to collect and analyze the marketing data to adjust the marketing strategy, expand the business capability and brand by different marketing events；
带领BD团队和市场团队收集和分析市场信息和数据，调整市场策略；通过市场活动来推广宣传业务能力和企业品牌；
4.Ensure the internal working process that will facilitate BDPCs to work closely with BDs to follow up and win the opportunities effectively；
流程保证BDPC团队同BD团队紧密合作，使项目机会跟进和成交更加高效；
5.Lead BD team develop new strategy clients, maintain and improve the relationships with existing strategy clients and improve the sales revenue；
带领BD团队开发新的战略客户，维护和提升已有战略合作客户客情关系，提升销售业绩；
6.Drive and work with internal operation teams， lead to process quote, bid defense meeting, and finalize contract；
推动和密切内部运营团队协作，并参与报价、竞标直至获取项目签约；
7.Get client feedback about project execution status, and coordinate internal resources to improve service quality contineously；
获取客户对项目执行情况的反馈意见， 协调内部资源不断提升服务质量；
8.Collect marketing information, lead data analysis and marketing strategy proposal；
收集市场信息、进行整体市场数据分析、提出市场策略；
9.Other assigned work.

任职资格
1.Bachelor degree or above in biomedicine, pharmacy, medicine, chemistry, English for medical purposes or marketing, etc；
生物医药、药学、医学、化学、医学英语或市场营销等相关专业本科以上学历；
2.More than five to eight years working experience in drug sales, business development or market development. Experiences in Pharmaceutical industry or CRO industry are preferred；
具有5-8年以上药品销售、业务拓展或市场开发工作经验，有医药行业或CRO行业经验者优先考虑；
3.Excellent leadership and team work spirit, strong wills to win, smart business sense and strong communication skills.
领导能力和团队合作能力突出、强烈的求胜欲望、灵敏的商务意识以及出色的沟通能力。
