Principle Roles & Responsibilities / AccountabilitiesDefining and leading medical excellence strategy and execution including driving strategic and organizational alignment and initiatives across MED & PHCLead in working across boundaries within the broader organization and cross functional team to establish excellent ways of working/ process workflowsLead in developing integrated medical project plan across MED & PHC to prioritize tasks to ensure strategic focus and timely execution of deliverables. Enabling the operational effectiveness of MED & PHC to manage complexity and oversee the performance, budget and resources; Responsibility for development & delivery of medical dashboard and associated metrics with cross-functional teams by timely collection, reporting and aligned interpretation of performance metrics and key activities across MED & PHCDrive development of Medical Affairs Capabilities; Oversight of MED professional development and training both in terms of technical as well as soft skills. People Development and Management to building up the capacity and capability of medical excellence team by providing coaching and feedback to team member. Foster a culture that is collaborative and agile for proactively identifying and removing barriers, realizing efficiencies and addressing evolving needs of the business
Qualification and Experience
Education/QualificationsYears of Working Experience– A minimum of 10 years of working experience in medical affairs related work in pharmaceuticals industry: experience in Global Medical Affairs/Pharmaceutical Training/Compliance, and/or Operations setting preferred.– experience in marketing, E-Marketing, digital or a related field, marketing/sales preferredEducation/Qualifications– Minimum of Master’s degree in pharmacy or health care; advanced degree (MBA, PhD) is preferredLeadership Competencies– Demonstrated ability in cross-functional leadership– Demonstrated ability in team building up and development in a pharmaceutical organization– Demonstrated ability in anticipating the change and preparing the organization for the changeJob Required CompetenciesMindset & Behavior: Roche Magic Cube– 使命驱动（Purpose-led）– 成长思维（Growth Mindset）– 协作共赢（Collaborator）– 真诚无畏（Courageous Authenticity）– 辅导培养（Coaching & Developing）– 系统思维（Systems Thinker）Deep understand medical affairs value to whole business, customer and patientsStrategic agility with innovative approachesVery Strong Project Management skill, PMP certificate preferredDemonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksExcellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills Demonstrated computer literacy, usage of MS Office software, web-based systems and databases.Travel Frequency出差频率 <25%
