职位描述

1. To build and manage a full function of the quality management, including the quality system, quality engineering, validation, product quality, quality control (QC) laboratory, and also MAH quality management.
为所有中国工厂建立和管理完整而且功能齐备的质量管理部门，包括质量体系、质量工程、验证、产品质量，实验室，以及MAH合作方的质量管理。
2. To grow and develop the China Quality talents and drive the Agile Quality Network with efficiency.
培养和发展中国区质量人才，推动高效敏捷质量网络组织的建设。
3. To transfer the necessary knowledge and experience to the organization time so the team can perform all transfers and production tasks in line with FMC standards and with all applicable regulations.
向组织传达必要的知识和经验，以使团队能执行所有生产任务或者转移项目符合集团标准和所有相关法规要求
4. To assess individual performances and set objectives for the Quality Management team

5. To participate in product and problem resolutions e.g. Field Actions, CAPA, Complaints and Regulatory Inspections / Audit non-conformances
参与产品问题的解决，包括警戒行动、纠正与预防措施、监管部门检查等
6. To Plan, develop, implement and monitor quality systems to ensure that the company meets its quality objectives

7. Ensure Quality, Operational, Process Improvement and Product Development/Transfer projects are supported in an efficient and effective manner from Quality team.

8. manage, train and develop the technical aspect of the Quality team by providing support for equipment, process and product validations in order to ensure no impeachment to business objectives.

9. To lead the validation strategy and activity to ensure all the facility, equipment, product, and process meeting the validation requirement from NMPA, other authority, and FMC GMQ.

10. To establish good communication with NMPA, Notify Body, and other relative authority, and follow up any new regulatory issued to ensure plant level regulatory compliance

11. To represent Operation Quality in China Quality Council. Interface with marketing function, e.g. QREM & regular affair, AP supplier chain, Global procumbent, Global supplier quality, GRD, etc, to support on business objects, or new product/ new supplier introduction to CSP, or resolve quality issue.
在中国质量委员会代表运营质量。和市场部门相配合，比如质量法规部门、亚太地区供应链、全球采购、全球质量，研发等，以支持商业目标的达成或者新产品/项目的导入


任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree level or above, medical device, engineering or chemistry. Master or MBA is plus.
本科或者以上，医疗器械、医药、工程类、化学等专业学历。硕士及以上优先考虑。
2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry.
10年或10年以上医疗器械、制药或相关行业工作经验。
3. Broad based technical knowledge and skills in diverse areas of business such as Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Pre production Quality as well as good working knowledge of related functions such as operations, sterilization/microbiology and product development.
具有质量工程、质量保证、质量体系、试生产质量等多方面的、广泛的技术知识和技能，且具有良好的操作灭菌/微生物学和产品发展方面的应用知识。
4. Be familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other NMPA regulation, ISO13485 and other related country regulation. 熟悉GMP、相关法规及ISO13485的要求
5. Must be bi-lingual to the appropriate technical level (Mandarin English)达到技术方面的双语水平（普通话和英语）.
6. Business acumen 具备成熟的商业敏锐度
7. Good communication skill, administer multiple function peoples, Communicate with external suppliers. 具有良好的沟通技巧，能够管理多重职务人员，与外部供应商沟通协调。
