Minim 7 years of relevant working experience.

Experience of working in a production environment with highly automated machines.

Job content工作内容描述：
Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:
Senior process engineer is responsible for compliance of daily production activities that to ensure quality and efficiency of production in Prefilled Assembly area. Work according to GMP, GDP and SOP. Ensure DV, CR, PSE, QAP, validation, etc. are accomplished within schedule, and OEE, scrape rate are meet the KPI.

Main Job Tasks 岗位职责:
Be the process owner of appointed production line.
担任指定生产线的工艺负责人。
Ensure the stability of process, production line and system.
保证工艺流程、生产线设备和系统运行稳定：
oIncrease the stability of the equipment/systems performance by reducing variations.
通过减少变动提高生产设备和系统运行的稳定性。
oIdentify best practices for work processes and make sure they are anchored in the relevant documents. 识别最优工作方法并保证其背记录到相关的文件中。
oContinuously improve corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance base on the statistical data . 依据统计数据持续改进纠正维修和预防维修工作流程。
Optimize existing process:
优化改进现有工作流程：
oContinuously look for improvement and be seen to think out of the box on manufacturing technologies. 在生产制造技术的基础上扩大眼界和思路，持续发觉改进工艺流程的机会。
oConstantly ensure to decrease scrap and increase production efficiency from processes through implementation of Kaizen ideas and PIP projects.

oImplementation of changes to improve process. Handling of change requests in relation to changes.
执行变更，改善工艺，处理变更（CR）。
oLead and drive engineering activities for operational excellence.

Trouble shooting on complex technical issues.

oLead root-cause investigation of production issues.

oActively engage in solving deviations.

oApply systematic problem solving tools to daily trouble shooting, drive the follow-up on the problem solving.

Validation of process and equipment.

oPlan and perform validation activities, includes initiate CR, draft validation document, plan test until hand over to production successfully.

oEvaluation process periodically and maintain validation status.
定期执行工艺流程评估，维护验证状态。
oEnsure all validation activities are in compliance with GMP and NN requirements.

Set up and develop standards for processes and equipment.

oImplement and develop already existing standards where available.

oCreate new standards where needed.

Act as mentor of process area in projects and daily operations.

oAddress problems in a structured and standardise way and coach others in doing the same.

Lead process improvement projects. Ensure all projects are governed and implemented according to NN PPM model.

Being the Site Core Process SME, responsible for:
oAct as One-point of entry for process related issues in the unit
oEnsure stable and effective execution of the process
oMonitor compliance and operational performance within in the unit and provide knowledge on process performance e.g. product quality, operational performance, compliance performance and equipment/system performance
oExplore and understand the ability, capacity and limitations of the process, equipment and supporting systems
oEnsure that all unit SOPs within the process comply with QMS and are technically and practically workable
oParticipate actively in the Process Group work and participate in meetings as agreed
oEnsure awareness in line management in relation to prioritization of Process Group activities, e.g. resource allocation for compliance- and improvement activities
oVerify readiness for audit and inspections and be ready for process presentations within own unit and process
