Responsible for setup and leading the cross-functional Product Team, in collaboration with global and local Functional Lead.

Supports Product & Process improvement projects & activities; responsible for all underlying project management activities.
支持产品及工艺改善项目和活动，负责所有衍生的项目管理工作。
Supports implementation of Change Management Process according to QMS requirements.
根据QMS要求支持变更管理流程的实施。
Responsible for Product Bill of Materials, initial set-up/creation and change management
负责产品原料清单的初始设置/创建和变更管理
Supports manufacturing deliverables for the Post Launch phase until end-of-life, monitoring & driving adherence to routine KPIs and performance metrics (RFT, OTIF, Lead-time, SMCs, etc..)
支持产品自在苏州工厂转产上市后直至生命周期结束之前的生产需求交付成果，例如监督和推动日常KPI和质量指标（RFI, OTIF, Lead-time, SMC 等）的达标。
Collaborates cross functionally with production managers, Materials Management, Quality & Regulatory, Global Supply Chain, MSAT, and R&D to manage manufacturing quality challenges/ line shortages.
与生产经理，物料管理，质量&注册，全球供应链，生产技术和研发等部门进行跨职能合作应对质量挑战/生产线产能短缺等相关问题。
Lead risk assessment of manufacturing processes (process-FMEAs) in close cooperation with the responsible MSAT & Production Team.
与负责该产品的生产技术和生产团队密切合作，领导对制造过程（pFMEA）进行风险评估。
Supports supply planning in close alignment/cooperation with Materials Planning & Logistics, Production, potentially APAC Supply Chain for his/her responsible product, and supports production planning in collaboration with Production Team Lead.
与物料计划&物流，生产，可能的亚太供应链等部门紧密对接和合作支持产品供应计划的制定，并支持生产团队主管制定相应的生产计划。
Product and process liaison with global sister-sites after product transfer/launch to ensure reliable product supply and fast response to any supply, technical or quality issues.
在产品转移和上市后承担与转移工厂关于产品和工艺主题工作的对接，确保产品的可靠性供应和快速反应处理任何供应、技术或者质量问题。
Represents Manufacturing Operations on internal and external audits for assigned product portfolio.

Participates in and/or leading manufacturing user teams on capital projects to ensure the project delivers solutions that meet the needs of the manufacturing organization.

Acts as one of the core Technical Product Transfer Project Team members, responsible for contributing to overall project objectives and delivering assigned production team deliverables, and providing subject matter/functional expertise.

Support Manufacturing Manager for assigned product portfolio to continuously improve the operational process and Production Team’s capability with engrained qualities.

Develop and organize training programs such as product awareness and know-how of operational processes .

Support innovation by the introduction of new technologies, manufacturing and business processes and information systems as appropriate to address the changing environment, enhance existing operations and strive toward excellence in operations

Job Requirement 职位要求:
Bachelor or above education background majoring in Biology, Immunology or Chemistry
大学本科及以上学历, 生物学，免疫学或化学
10+ years leadership experience in a highly regulated area, such as the IVD/Pharma industry is required, including 3+ years, manufacturing-related, people leadership.
十年以上的管理经验， 并需要在高度合规的工作领域，例如IVD /制药行业，并且包含三年以上生产团队管理经验。
Knowledge of past and present system reagents’ product knowledge including system interfaces/interactions between various components and subassemblies and reagent families/interactions.

Good team skills including ability to influence and work effectively within a large company in a matrix organization without reporting line authority.
