工作职责：
1.Auditcallsforvariousprocessandensuretimelyfeedbackfortheagents
审查各个流程的电话质量并及时给呼叫中心专员反馈
2.MaintainQualityReports.
维护质量报告
3.Identifyingprocessgapsandhighlightingprocessimprovementmetrics
识别流程缺陷并做出改善
4.Conductingtrainingforidentifiedaudiencesbasedonqualityscores.
基于质量评分给专员提供针对性培训
5.DoinganalysisbasedonQCtoolsandmeasuringtheeffectiveness
基于质量控制工具做出质量分析并评估有效性
6.Generatingdaily/weekly/monthlyqualitydashboards
撰写日/周/月度质量报告
7.UndertakingQualityinductionfornewbatchhires
给新员工提供质量标准培训
8.SendoutonReportsonInternalQualityTrackertooperationsandclients.
将报告发给内部质量管理人员及客户
9.Ensureproperdocumentationoftheprocesses.
确保合理的流程
10.Training/BuddingnewQAs.
培训并建立新的质量保证标准
任职资格：
1.专科以上学历，医药专业优先
2.至少一年在呼叫中心行业负责过销售项目的质量控制工作经验
3.优秀的口头及书面沟通能力
4.工作细致，认真负责，抗压能力强
5.熟练操作专业质控工具或拥有各类统计软件使用技能者优先
