?Toformulateandimplementbrandstrategiesandbrandplan(4Pandtrainingstrategies)inChinasoastomeetthebusinessobjectives,maximizeprofitandbuildbrandvalueforHiruscar.
?WorkcloselywiththePrincipal/Client(Medinova)toplanfortheoverallBranddevelopment.FightextraresourcesfromClientsoastomeetsalestargetandcreatebrandvaluesforHiruscar
?Incorporatethestrategicmarketing&promotionplanssoastosupportthebusinessgrowthandbrandimagedevelopmentinChina.
?Tosupportsalesteams&ecommerceteamsothatwecanmeetthesalestarget,andincreasemarketshares.
?ToincorporatetrainingstrategyandplansoastoensureBrandstoryandproductknowledgecanaccuratelytransfertotrademarketingteam/salesteam.
?Toformulateandexecuteproductstrategies,productroadmap,rangeplanning,inventorycontrolandsalesanalysissoastomakesurewewillhavetherightassortment,healthyproductportfolioandinventorylevel.

Leadershipresponsibilities

?Tolead,co-ordinateandco-operatewithallcentralservicedepartments(Finance,Legal,Operation,BusinessExcellenceetc),soastoachieveallthebusinessobjectivesoftheBrand.
