KeyResponsibilities:
1.PerformallprocessesinaccordancetoestablishedproceduresandcGMPstandards
2.Supporttheactivitiesofplanning,implementing,motivating,co-monitoring,andtrackingstudydocumentsandtrackingtools
3.CoordinatetoensuretheshipmentordersprocessinginatimelyandaccuratemannerinaccordancewithcGMPstandards
4.Confirmationofpreviouslyentereddataandcompletionofdataentry
5.Completeregularreports(asrequiredbyManagementorclient)pertainingtorelevantworkareas
6.SupportPMtoupdatecontactlistings,updatechecklist,generateandcompilereportsasrequested.
7.Otherjobassignedbysupervisor

MinimumRequirements/Qualifications:
Education:collegediplomaabove
YearsofExperience:1-2yrsrelevantworkingexperience.Experienceinfreightoperation,logisticsmanagementorinternationaltrade.
Knowledge:Logistics,internationaltrade.
Competency:GoodcommandofEnglish;goodcommandofMSofficeapplication;communicationandcoordinationskills;customer-oriented.
