KEYACCOUNTIBILITIES:1.Communicateproactivelywithclientsandpropose/agreeonDMPKstudiestoaddresskeyprogramissuesorpotentialrisks.Collaboratewithfunctionalgroupstoconductstudydesignandsubmitstudyrequeststimely.2.Workcloselywithinternalfunctionalgroupstomonitortheprogressofsubmittedstudiesandensuretimelyexecution.Proposealternativeplanswhenanaccidentorunexpectedeventoccurs.3.Analyzeandintegratealldata(invitroADME,invivoPK,BAandmetID)toassessifconductedstudieshaveaddressedorclarifiedthescientificquestionsasked,orhavetestedthehypothesisproposedearlier.4.Ensuretimelydeliveryofstudyreportstotheclientswithhighqualityandanappropriatescientificsummary.Formulatehypothesesandscientificrationaletoaccountforthestudyresultsandproposefurtherstudiestoconfirmitasappropriate.5.BeabletoconsolidateDMPKdataandpresentinDMPKprogramreview.Inviteadvicesandadvocatescientificdiscussionsasneeded.REQUIREMENTS:6.M.S.degreewith3years'industryexperienceinthefieldofdrugmetabolismandpharmacokineticsorequivalentlife-sciencebaseddiscipline.7.IndepthknowledgeonDMPKwithextensivehands-onexperienceoncommonADMEassays,PKanalysis,.CapabletoidentifyandsolveDMPKissuesunderminimumguidance.8.Familiarwithearlydiscoverystrategiesand/orlatestagedevelopmentprocess.ExperiencewithMedchemprogramsandFDA/CFDAINDfilingisaplus.9.Abletoworkindependentlyandcommunicateeffectivelywithamultidisciplinaryteamofmedicinalchemists,biologists,pharmacologistsandtoxicologists.EDUCATION(Indicatethemini.requirement&preferreddiscipline):M.S.OTHERSKILLS,ABILITIES&EXPERIENCE:NAADDITIONALPOSITIONSPECIFICDUTIES/INFO(NotCoveredinGenericDescriptionofJob):1.Workwithallfunctionalgroupstooffertechnicalsupporttothestudydesign,quotation,andconduct;movestudiesforwardwithsenseofurgency:thinkingonbehalfofclient.2.Pullhighvalueontechnicalinputfromtechnicalstaffthatactuallyperformtheactualstudy.3.Exhibitsuperiorverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsandexhibitsuperiorinterpersonalandleadershipskillsasnecessarytoensurestudyactivitiesconductedbymultiplegroupsareexecutedsmoothlyandaccordingtotheprotocol.4.Effectivelymanagemultiplestudiesandreviewanddeliverfinalreportinatimelymannertoservetheclient.5.Beabletoworkindependentlyonassignedstudiesunderminimalsupervision.6.ProvidesupportforbothdrugdiscoveryanddevelopmentDMPKs;leadorcoordinatecrossBUintegratedprograms.备注：一定要有海外留学背景
