ExecutesthemarketingstrategyelaboratedbyMarketingManager.IdentifyandcooperatewithHCPsfromtheappropriatesegmentandrealizethepromotionplans
Hasathoroughknowledgeofhis/herterritoryandlocationofkeyHCPs
Updatesdatabaseofclients
Coordinateslocal“InHospitalMeetings”
UpdatesHCPsprofilingtimelyandmakesvisitsaccordingtoplannedtarget
EstablishesandmaintainscontactswithkeyHCPsandunderstandscustomerneeds
Keepsrequiredstandardsregardingcallrate,levelofknowledge,competencies,behaviorsandpersonallook.
Regularly(eachday)reportscallsinETMSsystem.
Preparesaccuratereportsontimeaswellasfollowsestablishedproceduresofcontactinghis/herdirectsupervisor.
ProvidesthedirectsupervisorwithinformationofeffectivenessofBMSpromotionalmaterials.
Developsandimproveshis/herprofessionalknowledgethroughindicatedtrainingsandconferencesaswellasindividualworkwithmedicalliterature
Shareshis/herknowledgeandexperiencewithotherteammembers.
Maintainstheprofessionalequipmentandpromotionalmaterialsinexcellentstate.

1学历：大学毕业，医、药及相关专业本科学历优先
2良好的销售业绩记录
