JobDescription:
1.Establishtheclinicaloperationteamtodesign,manageandexecutedomesticandglobalclinicaltrials,pharmacovigilanceandassemblyofregulatoryfilesfortheSFDAIND/NDAsubmissions
2.ManageallaspectsofclinicaltrialsoverallaccordingtotimelinesandbudgetandtothehigheststandardsofGCP
3.ReportdirectlytoCEO

Qualification:
1.Bachelordegreeoraboveinamedical,health,orpharmaceuticalsrelatedarea,MD/MSpreferred;candidateswithdiabetestherapeuticsexperiencewillbegivenapreferredconsideration
2.Minimumof8yearsrelatedexperienceinclinicaltrialmanagementorrelatedareas,morethan3yearsprojectmanagementexperienceincludingatleast1projectofIMCT,
3.Solidknowledgeofthepharmaceuticalclinicaldrugdevelopmentprocess,GCPsandSFDAregulations
4.Proventrackrecordofplanningandorganizingcomplexprojecteffectively,identifyingandsolvingproblemswithminimumsupervision
5.Goodcommunicationskills,fluentinEnglishandChinese(verbalandwritten)
