KEYACCOUNTIBILITIES:

1.Performsantibodyengineeringtasksincludingantibodylibraryconstruction,affinitymaturation,humanization,germlining,andFc-engineering.

2.PerformsmolecularcloningtasksincludingPCRamplification,restrictioncloning,bacterialculture,andsequenceanalysis.

3.Operatesandmaintainsequipmentandinstruments.

4.Analyzes,interprets,summarizes,compilesdataandpresentsinternally.

5.Keepsappropriateexperimentalrecordsanddocumentation.

6.Otherresponsibilitiesmaybeaddedatthecompany'sdiscretion.





REQUIREMENTS:

1.Hands-onexperienceinantibodyengineeringandantibodylibraryconstruction

2.Strongskillsinmolecularbiology,biochemical,andimmunochemicaltechniques(restrictioncloning,SDS-PAGE,ELISA,westernblot)arehighlydesirable.

3.Thoroughunderstandingofantibodystructure/functionandantibodyengineeringconcepts.

4.Highdegreeofmotivationandstrongcommunicationskillsrequired.





EDUCATION(Indicatethemini.requirement&preferreddiscipline):

5.MastersorBSDegreeinMolecularBiology,CellBiologyorarelateddiscipline.





OTHERSKILLS,ABILITIES&EXPERIENCE:

1.Minimum1yearsrelevantexperienceinacademiaorbiopharmaceuticalsector.

2.Excellentorganizationalandcommunicationskills,akeenattentiontodetailsandcontrollingthedevelopmentfromaholisticviewpoint.
