1)StrengthentheQualityAssuranceandCompliancefunctionatLEOPharmaChinawithaQMS(eQuality)Coordinator
2)Free-uptimeandresourcesfortheFinanceDirectorandteambydepartmentaladministrativetasks.


ROLETASKS:
1)QMSCoordinator:
QMSAdministrator/SuperUser–managementofusers,training/newemployeeorientationandlocalsupport.
QMSDocumentManagement–UploadofQualityDocuments(SOP’s)toQMS.
DistributionofSOP’sandR&Ufollow-up.
MaintaindatabaseofHealthCareProfessional/SpeakersusedinActivityNotificationForm(ANF)applications.
AdministrativecoordinationandworkrelatedtoANFreviewbyCom-plianceManager.
ProvidesupporttotheComplianceManagerandtheDepartmentDirectorrelatingtoQMSrelatedprojects.

2)DepartmentCoordinator
Administrativecoordination,e.g.meetingplanning,travelcoordina-tion,codingandinvoicehandling,filingandarchivingofFinance,IT,LegalandProcurementcontracts.


COMPETENCIESNEEDED:
1)Knowledge&Skill
?2-3yearsofworkingexperienceinanadministrativeorsimilarrole.
?Goodinterpersonalskillsandabilitytocommunicatewithalllevelsandinteractwithdifferentofficesindifferentregions.
